Property Parking Rules
Boot enforcement is implemented during the nightly hours from 9 PM to 6 AM, while tow enforcement is in effect at all times.
Vehicles will be enforced upon as a result of these violations:
- vehicle parked on the grass
- parked in handicap parking with no placard
- parked blocking the dumpster
- vehicle with NO license plate displayed
- vehicle with an expired registration decal (yellow sticker on license plate)
- backed into parking space
- parked blocking other vehicles
- vehicle not in lined spaces
- parked in two or more spaces
- parked on or along the curb
- vehicle parked in resident parking with no resident parking permit
- inoperable vehicles (Flat tire(s), broken window, oil leaks, etc.)
- vehicle parked in handicap crosswalk or walkway
- vehicle with license plate or temporary tag altered, handwritten, or non-assigned to vehicle
- expired temporary tag displayed
- vehicle parked on sidewalk
- vehicles tag was not found in registration system.
- vehicle Registration declined.
- guest permit/registration expired.
- failed to remit the software registration fee
- Prohibited Commercial Vehicle
- non-authorized parking in reserved parking space
